What we collect

When you create a book, we collect the photos you upload, the description you provide, and the contact and shipping details you enter at checkout (name, email address, and delivery address). We also receive payment confirmation from Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Your photos and description are used solely to generate the text and illustrations for your book. Your contact details are used to fulfil your order, send you order and shipping confirmations, and contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Lulu — print-on-demand fulfilment. We share your name and delivery address.
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage for your uploaded photos and generated assets.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Fal.ai — AI image generation. Your story text is sent to generate illustrations.
• DeepSeek — AI story generation. Your description is sent to generate story text.

Data retention

Order records and generated assets are retained for 90 days after fulfilment, then permanently deleted. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll remove it within 7 days.

Your rights
